That site looks a bit like a scam but nevertheless, here is that particular model on Sketchfab, so you can replace it from there

This site is not a scam, it's the official site of the Sketchup 3D object library (Trimble), not Sketchfab.

Ah ok. I'm always a little suspicious of sites offering stuff for free whilst requiring a credit card to download, so that's what I meant.
