Assets in Scene not Showing Up

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I started building out a scene and placed the a few vegetation models in it and everything looked great. However, this morning when I opened the same file, more than half of them aren't showing up... It is a fresh install of both 3ds max 2023, VRAY 6 on a brand new computer. When I try and reconnect the paths I get this error (please see attached).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Please, send copy the cb.log file (you can find it in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos) and send it to our support here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us
This will help us investigate further.
