cosmos error

Hi, may I know how can I solve this error

SYSTEM: Production renderer is changed to V-Ray 6 Hotfix 3. Previous messages are cleared.
Could not read/write file type: C:\Users\pc\Documents\Chaos Cosmos\Packages\Materials\Fabric\Fabric_C03_Pastel _Blue_20cm_536f7571\536f7571_Diff_2k_srgb.tx

Hey jackieteh can you please check if the reported path exists on your machine first? Also, is "pc" your user or somebody else's (is the machine you're working on shared)?

Yes, the cosmos folder is in Document folder.

the "pc" is the computer i am using

For your info, I have just changed the cosmos folder location my E drive

Does the reported file exist on your file system? Does your user have read permissions for it?

I have change the folder location to Drive E, and change the Chaos Cosmos Local permission to full control

How to check?

1. Ctrl + Alt + Del
2. Open Task Manager
3. Select More Details
4. Go to Details tab
5. Locate cbservice.exe
6. See which user owns it

When I import a new asset and I want to see the texture map I have this message :

Could not read/write file type: C:\Users\pepeb\Documents\Chaos Cosmos\Packages\3D_Models\Furniture\Fern_Leather_4 D_Arms_Executive_5b4655b1\Assets\5b4655b1_Leather_ Tex_3dh_srgb.tx

When I clear the message and open the texture again, the error does not show anymore.
The path exist and I can reach the .tx file.
I'm working on 3dsmax 2023.2.2 Update with Vray 6 Hotfix 3

I am using the same 3ds max and vray 6 as you, until today i still get this message, same like no solution for this issue.
