Assets download speed is very slow

Hi, In China the download speed is very slowly ( about 2 Mbps ) from 3dsmax Cosmos Browser recently,Could you plz set a download server in China ? Thanks.

The Content Delivery Network that we're using have a data center in Hong Kong. Are you permanently experiencing that speed?

Perhaps after February of this year, the download speed became to slowly, sometime only 100kb. Before February the most high speed is over 700 Mbps.
