Some Chaos Cosmos assets wont import into C4D R21

I've just discovered that certain assets aren't appearing in the file when clicking 'Import' on a downloaded asset. For example: Light Wall 009 by Design Connected, Lamp Floor 114-08 by CGAxis. I see the 'Asset Import in progress' pop-up message in the bottom right corner of the Cosmos browser, but nothing appears in the file. Other assets from the same vendors do appear

Has anyone else encountered this, and found a solution?

I'm glad to know it's not an problem at my end. I'd tried restarting, uninstalling all assets, uninstalling/reinstalling Cosmos, clearing more space on my drive, etc.

It seemed to me that all the affected assets contained a light object, though not all assets containing light objects were affected.

Hi zhanet.georgieva is there any solution ready for this issue? I updated to Vray7 (C4D2023, MacOS) and since then I have some assets that I can't import anymore. The bridge says "import in process" but nothing happens.
Would be great if you have any advice!

Please note that this issue (GALAXY-4435) was already resolved.

Can you please share if you experience this problem with both materials and 3d models? Additionally, please check if your folder path contains non-English characters.

Can you also share the names of the assets you are trying to import and also if there are any errors in the Cinema4D console?
