Hi nunomatos, this seems like a memory issue. Can you please share some specifications on your gpu model and driver version?

Hi george_karampelas. thanks for your prompt answer
      my computer have this specifications:

      CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9980HK CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
      RAM - 32gb
GPU - Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 (driver version 566.14)

from what i've read in the specifications should be a GPU problem...:/ and you are right
      thanks
      best

Your GPU should be compatible with no issues (unless if there is not enough vram on your model), are you on a laptop with NVIDIA optimus (CPU + APU)?

From what I can see and speculate your CPU has an integrated GPU Intel® UHD Graphics 630. Can you please try the following:

            - Open your NVIDIA Control Panel > 3d Settings > Manage 3d Settings and in the prefered graphics processor section set not-automatic but High performance NVIDIA processor. Then try and launch the application again. (restore your settings to automatic if it doesn't work)
            - Alternatively, if you cannot access the above menu, then navigate to your windows device manager and take note of how many display adapters are present and please get back to me.

Lastly, you might want to make sure your windows OS is properly updated.

Hi Nuno, as suspected there was an additional virtual display adapter causing the memory at launch problem, we did cover a similar issue with a different virtual display, however parsec seems to have slipped through [EC-1138], I will notify the team.
                  Thank you for the feedback!

Hi Jackie, are you still experiencing crashes? Have you checked the comments in thread to see if your case is the same?

Hi Jackie, thanks for the update.
In that case it seems like there is an unhandled exception during the .vrscene open, we will have to investigate the file in order to be able to understand what is the issue.
