Has something changed with settings...rendered a test 720p with samples at 500, light cache, denoiser, motion blur and reduce flickering on and I'm getting flickering. Before it worked fine.

Can you try disabling "dynamic textures" from Render -> Advanced and see if that helps in your case ?
We found some issues with this option we need to fix.

Yes, I believe camera motion blur is also calculated.

Note that the latest builds have fixes for the issues related to dynamic textures.
So, you don't need to disable them anymore (unless there is something we missed).

Hi Luma3d,
The Nvidia AI, Vantage or combined denoiser options are only for interactive rendering, when you navigate and setup your scene. When you render stills or sequences the NVidia AI denoiser is always used.
