  • SketchUp and Vantage and Anima Workflow

I have never used Anima before and would like to test the workflow for using Anima with SketchUp and Vantage. Is there a tutorial somewhere that I can get started with?

Well... if you use vray as your render engine in SKP...you can export a .vrscene file and open that file in Vantage. I recognize your avatar and know you are currently an Enscape guy. Since Enscape materials and assets can be read by Vray, maybe that's the workflow. SKP to Enscape to Vray to Vantage. Or Skp + Vray to Vantage.

Luma3D, thank you for the response. I think there may be a misunderstanding, though what I am asking is how do you use VRay for Sketchup + Vantage 2.0 live linking and utilize AXYZ’s Anima 4D people?

HI, thanks for posting. You can not do that directly. You will need 3ds Max to export a vrscene with the anima 4d models. Please check this thread.
