  • vantage and anima ALL not working in animation

    hej,

i'm really struggeling with getting the imported 4d people from anima to work in vantage.
when i'm working with live link they just dissappear. the animations are there though when i'm just looking at them in 3ds max.
is there anyone that could help me?

    (sorry i'm a noob haha)

Hi, thanks for posting. What is your host platform? If you are using Sketchup, Anima 4D models don't work in live link for now.
      Please check this thread.

        Hi Cobearkitekter,

Do you use 'Render animation with Chaos Vantage' or 'Export and send an animated scene' ? Either of those should work and render anima characters correctly. The 'Use object render state' has to be enabled, as you found out yourself, for the 4d characters to work in Live link.

        Best regards,

          thanks for the quick answer.
i made it somewhat working. with the drop for 3ds max. is it possible to import the anima walking path people also for vantage?
so does that also work? until now i just got the people to work that are 4d.
isnt there a tutorial somewhere for this? the youtube posts that made it work are somewhat very secretiv about it.
