Can somebody tell me why the objects in the scene keep disappearing when rendered?

Your screenshot shows 2 warnings and 5 errors in the log (icons in the lower left corner of the window). Check the error messages. You're probably running out of video memory.

I've checked the errors and couldn't find one about Vram.. Want to know what else can be a problem in this render.

Yes, it doesn't look like any warnings or errors in the log are relevant.

Do I understand correctly that you expect to see the image on the left, with the section, but the final render produces the render on the right instead, where it is mostly just empty sky? It seems that different camera settings are being used. Have you checked that the correct camera is selected in the render dialog? Should you be using Orthographic instead of Perspective?

              Hi soomin_lee,

As Nikola suggests if your scene camera is an Orthographic one you also need to set it to Orthographic in the Camera rollout>Camera type inside the Render setup dialog. Note that the ortho width must also match the one from the camera.

              Best regards,
              Alexander
