  • Frame ranges do not match.

3ds max has frame range of 750 frames. When I export the current range as vrscene, the animation gets cut down to 480 frames. What is happening here? Click image for larger version

Is the FPS in Vantage different compared to 3ds Max ?
It says 30 FPS (bottom right of your screenshot).
Unless there is a bug, the FPS should be loaded from the .vrscene however.

Vladimir, Its not the frame rate that doesn't match, its the total number of frames. The animation in max is showing 960 frames. In vantage only 480 are imported.

Are you sure you exported the whole frame range ? The export dialog has a bunch of options for this.

Can you send us the 3ds Max scene, so we can examine what the issue is ?

I just tried it again and the full frame range was exported. Maybe I had to shut max down and restart. Thanks for your response.
