chaos vantage crashes and exit

Hello,

I am getting this error. I am also unable to start chaos vantage. As soon as I start chaos vantage, starting scene comes and it crashes without any error.
When I do livelink from 3dsmax, it crashes as well.
and I get this error in 3dsmax. I have allowed all chaos services in firewall as well. But still unable to keep it running.

I managed to export entire scene in VRScene and then it renders. But initial parsing time was long.

It looks like the crashes are caused by a broken database in Chaos Cosmos. Try the steps for deleting the DB files here: https://docs.chaos.com/display/COSMO...Browserservice
We expect to have a permanent fix for this issue soon.

Side question: according to the log file you have 3080 Ti + 3090 Ti and driver 537.42, but DLSS could not initialize. Is this indeed the driver you have? DLSS should work on such GPUs and driver 537+, so I'm puzzled...

Yes, I installed latest drivers. But I am using Gameready drivers. Should I uninstall drivers using DDU and then reinstall it?

If you don't mind, try reinstalling the driver. If DLSS initializes correctly, it will be available in the denoiser list in Edit->Preferences->Render Defaults.

I reinstalled nvidia drivers but DLSS is still not available

Sorry, I don't know what is causing this. You said that a clean driver install fixed it last time. In any case, driver 537.13 or newer is required for DLSS. 536 won't work.
