live link from Maya not working

Hi,

Live-link from Maya is not working at all.

vray_adv_62001_maya2024_x64
vantage_2.3.0

1. Click the Live-link to Vantage icon in maya. It makes starting Chaos Vantage automatically.



2. Vantage live link runnig both Maya and Vantage. But Vantage doesn't get any scene information from Maya.


3. The render settings for live-link is okay.


4. There is no problem with firewalls as well.


Any idea to fix the problem?

The link is not really active, despite the text in the Maya viewport. There is blue text and blue border around the Vantage viewport while the link is active. Try starting Vantage yourself before starting the link in Maya.

I've tried starting Vantage before starting the live link in Maya.
Unfortunately it didn't work. There no blue text and blue border around the Vantage viewport.

Hi, has it worked before? When did you started having these issues? Everything works perfectly fine on my end.

It worked a year ago. It is working now since I formatted my system and install a completely new copy of Windows.
