License Error

How to fix this problem.
I have 6 license in my account and every time I gonna use it.. it says no license available..

I installed
SketchUp 2018 18.0
Vray 4.20.03
License Server 5.5

Please note that my.chaosgroup.com is not the license server page. my.chaosgroup.com gives you information about your account (how many licenses you own, how many license servers are activated, etc.). In order to use V-Ray, you need to make sure that your Chaos license server is working properly. Please make sure that you can access the Chaos license server page on http://localhost:30304 and make sure that your licenses are available there. If the localhost page is working properly, please install the latest V-Ray 3.60.03 for Sketchup build:

You own V-Ray 3.0 licenses, which are compatible with V-Ray 3.0 builds. If your licenses server page is working properly and you have already installed the correct build - please contact us at support@chaosgroup.com with a screenshot from your Chaos license server page.
