annoying PowerShell at startup

Hello,

At every Windows startup I have two Windows PowerShell windows opening "chaosunifiedlogin" and "start chaos license server"

I tried turning them off from startup apps but then I have an error when opening V-Ray in Sketchup.

Is there any way to disable or hide them?
