Vray Trial is rendering blank

Hi,
I just triad Vray trial, and it's rendering blank black. I have Vray lights, tried some samples from the website, and used Vray in the past, so I am not a completely new user. There are some errors here (attching), plus it's says not in use when I check online.
Please help,
Already tried install and uninstall; turned off windows protection while installing; please help; otherwise starting to uninstall forever. Thanks for reading!!

This error is probably caused by missing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. It's usually installed along V-Ray, but sometimes it needs to be installed manually. A setup file is included in the V-Ray files: "C:\Program Files\Chaos\V-Ray\3ds Max 2025\utils\vc_redist.x64.exe". Install it and see if the issue persists.
