V-Ray Next fails to find license

  • V-Ray Next fails to find license

    I've purchased an upgrade from 3 to Next but Next, once installed, can't detect the license. In fact, my online license server doesn't show any Next License, just 3 and the Next Beta.
    I've emailed support early this morning about this but haven't heard back. When can I expect to receive a response?

    Yesterday was public holiday in Bulgaria. I don’t know about today.

    i have the same problem but I think in my case it is because chaos put Next under a different account I have with them (so, not strictly their fault).
