Vray download access expirted

We currently have 2 llicenses of Vray running in our studio. One is for my machine the other for my colleague. Both versions of Vray run on max 2018. We upgraded to max 2019 on my colleages machine but the download link for Vray 3.6.04 for Max 2019 says download access expired. Both licenses currently running on max 2018 but say infinite license. Please can you help me out?

Hello,

Please send and email to sales@chaosgroup.com and let us know what is the chaosgroup.com username that you use to login in the download section. Also if you use dongle(s) please let us know the serial number(s)
