Dongle license not active in new PC

I bought a new PC and would like to transfer the license to it. I just install the License server software and the it showed as the below picture. What should i do to get the new pc license work ?
Do i need to deactivate / transfer the license from previous pc first?

V-Ray is a software which allows you to install it on as many machines as you want. You might also activate your V-Ray online based license in all of them. But you will be able to use only the amount of V-Ray licenses you have at the same time.
This means that if you have for example 1 x V-Ray for 3ds Max license, you will be able to use it only on one machine at the same time.

In your case, if you want to use the license only into the new machine, you can uninstall the V-Ray software from your old machine, or simply deactivate the license when you go to the web page "localhost:30304" and click "Online licensing>Deactivate". This way the license will not be activate on that machine.

So if you already installed V-Ray and V-Ray license server on your machine and you successfully activated your license. You will be able to see your license as free and available and please start your 3D application and work with V-Ray.
