Could not obtain a license (-197)

I had bought a Vray 3.0 license through a dongle, later that license was changed to online mode and I had no problems using that license.

Now from my local distributor I bought the upgrade to Vray Next. From my Chaos group account I can download the Vray Next, but from the "License Server" it continues giving me license of version 3.0.
