Can't Transfer to Online License

I was hoping to transfer my dongle license to "Online", but this is a screen capture of where I'm at and I was hoping to get some help.

Make sure you're using the latest license server - https://download.chaosgroup.com/down...dalone-512-adv
If the option is still not there please do the following:

1. generate a new .wbc file (the "Upgrade" link)
2. Navigate to http://127.0.0.1:30304/migrations and copy the text you'll get into a text file.
3. E-mail us at support@chaosgroup.com, stating the username you want to migrate the licenses to. Attached both files from pts 1 and 2
