Could not obtain a license (-200)

Hi,
Have recently migrated to Vray online licensing from an existing dongle. Due to windows 10 related issues had to open a new user on an existing machine, which used the dongle over tha past few years..
Have not used Vray for about few months , but discovered that 3ds max takes several minutes to open, due to the "could not obtain a license"problem related to Vray.

Have tried with latest license server with no luck.

Can someone from chaos help us with that, otherwise we have to get rid off Vray completely on this machine?

So what happens when you browse to the license server's status page - http://localhost:30304. Does it load at all, what does it show if it loads?
What's the output of the following command in CMD?
net start | find "VRLService"

The licenses seem OK, which means that the problem is either in the license settings or in the build installed.
Try installing the latest build - https://download.chaosgroup.com/?product=47&platform=49
After that - make sure the license settings are pointing to the computer with the license server installed. If it's the same computer you have V-Ray and 3dsMax installed on - use "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" for an IP address (no quotes) - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...cense+Settings

Used local IP Address assingned to the maching with dongle. After migrating to Online License have left the IP address, instead "localhost" or 127.0.0.1.
Right after changing the Vray client setting back to "localhost" Vray license works, so 3ds max starts quick.
