URGENT - My licenses gone

Hi, I have a server license that centralize my config, but today all my licenses are gone. All my render are giving license error.

Need a URGENT feedback, I have 276 licenses of VRay 3.

Thanks in advance. But I contacted my reseller and all the problem was resolved. He moved my licenses to another user without permission.
