Like I mentioned previously in this thread. Look up for instruction how to make offline licensing. You can still use all of your licenses! Just follow the steps.

We had an outage of the licensing system, but it should be back online. Many apologies for the inconvenience. Our licensing team is working to make sure temporary connectivity issues do not stop you from working in the future.

I have the same "Could not obtain a GUI license! Error code: 0." problem and I don't even see PhoenixFD among the licenses. Any help?

Try clearing the browser cache.
