Could not obtain a license (error 197)

Hi, i just installed a new motherboard and cpu into my workstation and tried to start vray after setting up the system. I get the error 197 "could not cobtain a license". When i start the license server manager it sais that there are "No licenses available". But i have 1 workstation and 10 rendernode licenses plus the vray scan license. Where have they gone? A quick response is highly appreciated since i have to meet two deadlines on monday. Thx in advance, Martin

Do you have a dongle or you use your licenses online? It's best to write us at support@chaosgroup.com, since I prefer not to post usernames and dongles SN here. Please add a screenshot from http://localhost:30304 page on your license server machine.
