    hi,
    We are currently dealing with this issue, GUI license error (-197)
    We just bought Vray 5 for 3ds max a week ago, not knowing we have to migrate our current Vray next dongle license to Online licensing first before upgrading to Vray 5.

    What can we do about this matter?
