  • Vray license stuck in-use but not actually being used

    Hi All.
    Having an issue with my universal license being stuck in use. My computer crashed earlier in the day and I think that may of contributed to this issue. Looking for suggestions to help this along. I have a ticket as well with chaos but wanted to note this to see if I can get some help on here. ticket #317-306-7471

        Thank you for your screenshot. Could you please confirm if you installed the latest version of V-Ray 5 for Sketchup 2021 from the link below:

        Also please confirm if you have a subscription/license of V-Ray for Sketchup, so you be able to work with the latest build of V-Ray. Please send us a screenshot of the web page "127.0.0.1:30304", so we can see if your license of V-Ray is activated and available. If you feel more comfortable to share information via e-mail, please feel free to write at support@chaosgroup.com. Also please mention the e-mail/username tied to your subscription to V-Ray. Thank you

          Same problem here. Vray Next and 5 perpetual license. Says its in use online. Not being used anywhere. Won't let me borrow for use offline so basically I can't render tonight

              Seriously?! Logged in on mywork computer and now the license is locked out for the whole weekend? I cant get anywork done because it says my license is in use, no way to deactivate it. Come on guys!

                Always close the host application and V-Ray if you are going to use your license on another machine.
