V-Ray 5 for Maya2022 won't load

I'm building a new computer and have Maya 2022 installed as well as V-Ray 5 for Maya 2022 installed. I'm running Chaos License Server_5.5.4. V-Ray does not show up in the Maya Plug-In window.
My old system of Maya 2018 and V-Ray 3 works perfectly.
Is there something that I'm missing? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Could you please quote the name of the V-Ray installation file and please confirm what is the exact version of Maya 2022?
Also please tell us what is your OS and send us a screenshot in Maya of the Windows > Settings/Preferences > Plug-in Manager menu.:

The V-Ray installation is Build 5.10.22 (V-Ray 5, update 1.2 official) (29 September 2021)
Maya version is just Maya 2022
