I can't work. Both V-Ray and Vantage can't get a license. I have been trying for a few hours.

I rebooted Windows, and when I launched MAX, it asked to add V-Ray to my firewall, and the same for Vantage. Nothing changed on my side, so I am not sure what happened.

Please uninstall the Chaos license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder


C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ssl


Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 6 from the following page:


https://download.chaos.com/downloads...dalone-600-adv

Go to the Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304), enable your Online licensing and tell me if you can see your licenses.

If this does not help - please open an official ticket with our support

I have the same issue. I installed the latest version and I can see the server page. Look like everything is correct but I cannot use this.

Rebooting my PC solved my issue. When I launched MAX it prompted me to allow it through the firewall.

I am still having this problem. Can I ask about your firewall setting?

I didn't do anything but followed the Windows prompt to allow it. I didn't pay too much attention to what I was allowed. Try temporarily turning off your firewall to see if that changes things.

Please open a ticket in our support system. Your screenshots show that the license server is working so the issue needs to be addressed in a private ticket.
