  • 4 Days and No Word From Support

    I raised a ticket last Friday.

    I have two users who cant get the license server to activate Corona render.

    We have checked with our IT our, no other users are affected.

    Tried to uninstall Corona and the license server and delete all files in reference from the hard drive and still get the same issue.

    Tried to log in with a different account and try a free trail with a different account, to see if it was an account issue but we had the same issue.

    Friday and Monday were official holidays in Bulgaria so some delays in response are possible. Let me know the ticket number and if my colleagues didn't respond already I will take care.
