terminal opens on every restart

Hi. At each restart, the two terminal windows, ChaosUnifedLogin and Start Chaos License Server, open. These are empty.

Why do they appear?

Fresh installation of windows, Max and V-Ray
Windows 11
vray_adv_61006_max2024_x64

Loading licences I presume. Just click them off. At least you know Vray servers are running.
