Auto-renew license - downgrade

Hi everyone,
I might have an issue with the license.
I just got an automatic renew of my premium subscription, the problem is I don't need the premium anymore, not using phoenix at all or any other products but vray for 3ds max.
I'd like to downgrade the license to the solo one.

Other problem to add, card saved for the payment was an old one, so payment has been declined.
I tried to write to support directly, on monday I think, but I still haven't got back anything yet, and I'm just worried I won't be able to use vray soon.

Could anyone from support help me with this, please?
