  • Absolutetly no answers from Chaos support!

    Here is my ticket, 10 days have passed and there is still no answer about simple question. I even e-mailed to chaos group my letter - nothing.

    As far as I know and have read that I can request refund within 14 days. I haven't used any chaos products so far... Either way maybe forums can help me sort this out...

    I am sorry you are not getting answers. I think a lot of people are reconsidering their workflow. Hopefully someone from support will jump right on this.

      We are really sorry for the unacceptable delay from our side.
      We currently have unusually large backlog of tickets due to things outside of our control and this is the reason for the delay.

          Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

          We have made some progress in regards to the issues we are facing and we also managed to decrease the ticket backlog a lot. ​
