Can't get to localhost:30304 or to 127.0.0.1

My computer cannot acess my license server. I've tried all the troubleshooting I could, but it still isn't working. I can't get throught to localhost:30304 nor i can activate my license manually, I am connected to the internet but nothing is working. I also can't get to 127.0.0.1. I believe it could be a problem with my computer, but I do not know what it is. I have reinstalled the program, the license, turned off the firewall completely, and still it doesn't work

have you tried turning off yout firewall?

Yes, it was one of the first things I tried to do. I also followed the instructions on this other post, and got no results. I opened a ticket with chaos, but im still waiting for them to get back to me
