Somehow our renewed/new purchased subscriptions disappeared. Everything worked fine last week, with the exception I got an email saying we were out of cloud credits. I don't think anyone on our team has ever used them thou . I have sent a support request but all 10 of my people are sitting idle at the moment. The subscriptions were renewed/bought at the end of September or early October. Has anyone else had this happen??
