Vray Suddenly Saying No Licence Available

Hi, my Vray has suddenly stopped working on my laptop.

I've been using it fine for 2 years.

I get the below error message:



Then when I click log in it takes me to this page, saying 'sign in complete':



However, when I look at the licence server it says that there are no licences available - see below.



Where am I going wrong??

I also tried to borrow an offline licence for the laptop in question - see below. But this still hasn't worked.

Borrowing licenses for offline use when you have a licensing problem will not fix the issue but make it worse. Now you will have to submit a ticket using the link in my signature so we could release your borrowed license. For Request type chose Technical assistance starting the product. The red online licensing however could be fixed using the PDF guides from the pinned thread.
