In my case, a perpetual licence of Vray 6 seems to have migrated to being a subscription licence, but then expired.

About a month ago support fixed this issue, but then charged me for the perpetual licence. And now since yesterday it has jumped down to a Vray 5 licence.

It's fine though, since apparently you can use Vray 6 with a Vray 6 licence, the only thing missing being that the Camera and Color Mapping rollouts don't appear.

But that's what I need, because I want to use the automatic exposure control.

I just want someone to fix this issue and I'm getting stressed out having to write lengthy emails and posts all the time.

We never actually discontinued the phone support!
You can request it from the Contact Form, just select a Request a Call Back option from Request Type menu, leave your phone number and details about your inquiry and we'll reach out to you.
