Error - faild start render

Everything was working perfectly, until I installed Vray 7 for Sketchup, since then for two days I haven't been able to render because the message appears that it didn't find the license, I've already taken it offline, I've uninstalled and installed 6 back, I've done everything and nothing solves my problem, I urgently need to finish a render.
