Hi,
So our business pays for 16 Corona licenses (one for each user on my team). But today we are getting errors from people saying all render licenses are being used. Now all teams members in on site. I checked my account and it appears we are paying for 16 products (so Corona) but when I go to look at licenses it says only 14 are avaliable.
Now for the products there are few that say 2 x Corona Render where we have ordered two at once, Could this be the issue as its only thinking it's one licenses when actually it should be two?
It says all subscriptions are still in date and all are set to auto renew.
What would the problem be?
