Hello guys,
please for the love of God, help us.
We recently transfere do latest Vray 7 (nightly) and we have issues with licencing.
When i click on the manage chaos license server, it says no licenses available.
I tried to reinstall with 6.2 LS version and on one computer it went as ususal, did not ask for password and login but the license is not availablble.
Then on another workstation we tried to update to 6.2 and it was not letting us through password/login saying its incorrect.
I havent touched remaining two stations so at least half of the company is operational, but this thing is totally beyond my control.
When i go to licenses page, i can see only one computer there...
We have 5 seats payed for.
What should i do please?
Email sent to supprot too.
We need to get back working asap!
