We have a license server with many licenses, all of which are working except the connection to the Vray online license server. Machine has an active internet connection with no firewall.

Online license server completely dead

Our systems are up and running and in good shape. Could you please check if your license server is activated? Open localhost:30304 and there should be a green icon that shows if the license server is activated.
Press the refresh button in the browser if there is no new info for 3-5 secs. Also try to deactivate and then activate again if you still can't see your licenses.

There are a lot of "ESOCKETTIMEDOUT" errors in your logs. This points towards unstable connection between the license server and our back-end servers.
I would assume this is a temporary situation. In case the problem persists:
* borrowing your licenses offline will provide a workaround so you can continue your work
* contact support@chaosgroup.com and attach the logs in the emailOnline Licensing @ ChaosGroup
