    Hello,
    Had to reinstall Windows 10 pro this weekend and all other programs. Sketchup Pro 2017 & Vray 3.36. Now getting the 'Failed to check out GUI License' error. Online licensing says all my licenses are engaged.

    Already emailed support yesterday. Hoping to get some expedited help here. It's monday morning and I need Vray working....yesterday!
