Couldnt obtain license (197) but Phoenix can

After Installing the new license server, updating the dongle and installing the latest version of vray, I get the 197 error.
Network renders work fine and Phoenix can also find a license, Only vray interface gives me this error.

What can I do to fix this issue?

Do you see your 3dsMax licenses listed and free when you navigate to http://127.0.0.1:30304/#/bundle/vray30max on the license server machine? If they are there, but occupied - click on the blue number of engaged licenses to see which machines hold them.
If they are not present or not the correct quantity - please send us a new .wbc file at support@chaosgroup.com to check if the licenses are correctly upgraded.

After moving the server to another pc within our network it seems to be working. Last time i moved the server it worked for 24 hours. So we'll have to wait and see if this solves the problem.

In that case, it's either a problem with the license settings - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...cense+Settings
or an older dongle driver version, or a malfunctioning dongle, or something else I'm missing now - in any case - please send us an e-mail at support@chaosgroup.com if you have further issues with the licenses.
