wibukey 250897:7758101 a suitable wibubox entry was not found error

I reinstalled vray today but vrlservice suddenly wont open. Pop up just says "wibukey 250897:7758101 Failure reason: suitable wibubox entry was not found(17). vrlservice was working a coupleof hours ago but due to other problems I tried to uninstall then reinstall vray. Now it wont open at all! Help?

This error is usually caused by one of the following:

1. The dongle is not plugged in the USB port .
2. The dongle is faulty and it is not recognized by OS.
3. The WibuKey driver installation is corrupted.

and the license server - https://download.chaosgroup.com/license-server

After that - try plugging in the dongle again, if not recognized - try using another port.
