Vray Next Licensing and 3ds Max problems

Hi, So last night i watched the new vray next in action.. So i download the trail.. after installing, max starts up but when going to render setup its says can't connect to licence server. After looking for help on Chaosgroup i installed the licence server with the new update... but when i start 3ds Max i get an error and max close down. The only way i can get into 3ds max is to remove the licence server but then vray does not work. Running localhost shows that the licence is active. Please can someone help me sort this out.
