    Hello,

how would you approach a bunch of icecubes, getting lifted up and dancing in a pouring glass simulation?

    thnx in advance

    Hey,

Currently Phoenix FD doesn't support rigid body simulation so you would have to use it in combination with another tool.
You could try the beta of tyFlow where you can instance your ice cubes as particles and use the liquid simulation to push these around. Another option would be to use Max's mparticles but that would be a lot more difficult to set up compared to tyFlow.

Hello Georgi, thanks for your fast answer. I should have mentioned that I´m working in Maya. Do you know a hack for that?
      thnx

I would have another question: is it possible to convert a state of the phoenix mesh into a poly object?
        thnx

I can't think of a workaround for Maya, unfortunately. As for the meshing, take a look at this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egJMEoJjZFI
