  • Color coding of fill liquid

    Hi everyone,

Im using, Phoenix FD 4.41.00 for 3ds max.

When setting the color for each liquid source, check the "Grid RGB" checkbox in the output.
Checking "Intial Liquid fill" in "Props for 1 Nodes" will disable color output.
    Do you have a solution?

At the moment I am making animations that melt and fuse from multiple forms.
If UVW can be assigned from a specific frame, please let me know how to do that as well. (Like RF`s "Texture at frame")

    Thank you,

    Hey,

Instead of using the Initial Liquid Fill in the Phoenix properties, you can use the Volume Brush mode of the Phoenix Liquid Source and animate the % - set it to 100% at frame 0 and 0 at frame 1.

As for the UVW at specific frame you can use the TexUVW options in the Dynamics rollout of the Phoenix simulator. You can find more about them here - https://docs.chaos.com/display/PHX4M...ing-TextureUVW
You can animate the Interpolation option to 1 at the frame you wish to use.

    Cheers!

      Oh, I see.
I was able to solve both.
I know it was a rudimentary question, but I'm glad posted it here.

      Thank you Georgi!
