Is there any way to give a more random feeling to bubbles ascending towards the surface?

there is no separate control for randomization of the bubble speed, and this is really a drawback. currently the speed is related to the bubble size, so you can play with the size variation parameter - set it below 1.

sure, the bubbles move packet together without randomization.
