  • Geometry modifiers on smoke sim?

    Is it possible to apply geometry modifiers to a sim in any way? I'm attempting to modify a smoke simulation by adding a bend or a taper modifier.

    Yes, you can. Simulate the smoke and add a modifier to the simulation grid.

      That doesn't seem to work here; when adding modifiers, the container disappears in viewport and the render remains the same. Was this feature added recently? I'm on v3.03.00

        Oh, I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding but I was thinking of a liquid simulation. Unfortunately, modifiers work on liquid simulations only and not supported for smoke sims yet.
