Changing the isosurface value will affect the liquid mesh rendering - it will only expand the mesh surface - this won't affect the pflow at all.
What if you increase your grid resolution - does it get better?

I reduced the cell size from 7 to 6 mm, which increased the grid from 7 to 11 million. It did not change anything. Most of the particles are still outside of the liquid.

Can you send us the scene so we can check it out?

I havent ran phoenix particles through pflow in a very long time but from that screenshot it looks like it is missing the velocity output? Ignore me if not

Yea just ignore me... gives a warning if no velocity

I installed the new release yesterday. Is there any changes regarding this issue?

Unfortunately there are no changes in this regard, though a scene would be helpful so we could improve it in future versions. You can find a list with the changes for the new version here - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/PHX3MAX/3.12.00

              Thanks,
